We combine a multidisciplinary approach with the latest diagnostic methods, research-based treatments and surgical approaches to develop effective, customized approaches for each patient.<\/p><p>Understanding that teenagers and young adults with IBD have a unique set of needs, our transition program helps prepare them to become independent in caring for themselves and makes the hand off to our adult gastroenterologists smooth.<\/p><\/div><\/div><h6 class=\"vc_custom_heading\">HEPATOLOGY :<\/h6><div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element \"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><p>The Pediatric Hepatology program is dedicated to providing the best care and outcomes for children with liver disease. Guided by a family-centered care philosophy in which we partner with the whole family to treat the child, not just the disease.<\/p><p>Our team of pediatric surgeons and hepatologists are nationally recognized for their expertise in treating a wide variety of disorders that impact normal liver function. Working in collaboration with Cosmos Hospital specialists ensures we\u2019re equipped to manage any liver disease that may affect your child and your family.<\/p><p>The Pediatric Hepatology program offers medical care to patients before and after liver transplant.
